A Bit About Me
I was born and raised in Edinburg, Texas. I attended Edinburg North High School, graduated from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, and am currently attending law school at St. Mary’s University. I am blessed to be part of a loving Catholic family and to have friends worth sacrificing for.
As a child, I never imagined becoming an attorney—or even making it to law school. I didn’t enjoy school, spent most of my time playing video games, and had no interest in reading (which, ironically, is a big part of being a lawyer). That changed in my junior year of high school when I took a criminal justice class. One day, we watched a documentary about a scandal in which a prosecutor purposely withheld evidence to avoid losing a case. Because of this injustice, an innocent man lost years of his life and precious time with his family. Watching that struck a deep chord in me—I realized I wanted to be someone who could help prevent such tragedies. From that moment, I began taking the steps necessary to pursue a career in law.
In 2019, I felt God’s call and rededicated my life to my Lord Jesus Christ. I surrendered my dream of becoming an attorney to Him, and He led me down the best path of my life. From then on, I pursued this journey not out of personal ambition, but to serve His will and help others. Looking back, I now understand that the spark I felt in high school was not random—it was God’s calling, guiding me toward my purpose and ultimately toward Him.
Since 2019, I have been blessed to work alongside many great attorneys, from plaintiff-side to defense in personal injury law. With His guidance, I was accepted into law school and am now truly blessed to be working at Walter Law alongside the amazing staff and attorneys Delilah Walter, Stephen Nicholson, and Jeff Andress. Here, I have witnessed true dedication—sometimes in difficult fights—for the best interests of clients, as well as the passion and commitment that only great attorneys can provide.
Who am I? I am a proud American and Texan. Before that, I am a son to two loving parents, a brother to an older brother, a friend to those I hold dear, and a boyfriend to an amazing woman. But above all, I am a child of God, saved through my Lord Jesus Christ. I strive each day to live for Him and to be a blessing to others through the service I provide.
