Proudly based in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas, Eric combines financial insight, athletic discipline, and strategic leadership to strengthen the firm’s real estate legal services.

A graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Eric also competed as a collegiate track athlete for UTSA and Texas A&M, specializing in the 400m and 800m events. The grit, precision, and performance mindset he developed on the track now fuel Walter Law’s mission to deliver efficient, client-focused service.

In his role, Eric builds strong partnerships with real estate professionals, guides new clients through their first interactions with the firm, and ensures each experience is both informative and seamless. Known for his clear communication and warm, dependable approach, he helps make the legal process more accessible and reassuring.
